网站访问不了，IP 可以 Ping 的通，Cpanel 正常登陆，啥问题？

如题，我也是 Lunarpages 的独立 IP 用户。80 端口被封了？我的 host 是 stephy，独立 IP。发现今天好多使用 Lunarpages 独立 ip 的内地朋友都遇到整个问题，所以我也想和大家讨论一下。在 Lunarpages 的 support 那里已经递交 ticket 了。

仅 80 端口不能访问， 通过 domain:2082 或者 domain:2083 可以访问，Cpanel 的 2082 和 2083 端口可以正常登陆，仅 80 端口的网站不能访问，这个问题很严重？

内地大部分地区访问不了，但北京网通一些朋友可以访问，还要海外朋友可以正常访问的。What's the matter on earth？

不像是被 Mr. Wall 屏蔽了的，因为 Gr4at\Fire#wal0l 要么屏蔽你的 IP，要么过滤你的 Domain，单纯封锁 80 端口还是首次遇到。难道是 Lunarpages 老美在机器里做了手脚？

刚购买了独立 IP 的 Lunarpages 主机，居然遇到这种情况。不会是我的 RPWT 吧？因为大家都遇到这个问题了。

我跟你在同一个host啊，晕死了，我到昨天中午才无法访问的，发了ticket，ping的通，FTP可以连，但是就是无法用域名访问，真是郁闷了，连绑在主服务器的域名都无法访问

同上面各位……目前也在困惑中，找不到好的解决办法……

不知道是不是所有的 LunarPages 的 Basic Plan 服务器都存在这个情况？
其他国外网站访问均正常。

是不是无法访问的空间都有类似于：67.210.120.* 的独立IP？

今天 Lunarpages 的 Support 已经给我 Reply 了，叫我提供“我的地理位置”、“我的互联网接入商”、“我的 IP 地址”以及"Tracert 和 nslookup 信息"，以便于他们进一步调查此事，原文如下：

Hello Yeeher,

I apologize for inconvenience.

There was an issue with your server which has been resolved by our admins. If you are still experiencing this issue, please provide us with the following:

1.) Your geographic location
2.) Your ISP
3.) Your IP Address (can be obtained at http://www.whatismyip.com/)
4.) If applicable, a url we can use to test ( please include username and password if required)
