网站访问不了，IP 可以 Ping 的通，Cpanel 正常登陆，啥问题？

多半是中国国内网路的出口问题啦，美国的国际网路是畅通的。 |

我也有遇到过这样的问题，不过一般是几分钟就好了，有时候我上去自己重启一下机器就好了，，郁闷 |

两个空间都出问题了，麻烦各位老大帮我看一下，是啥原因？ftp正常，就是无法正常访问
