Upon researching your account, we have found that your SSL certificate is not refundable at this time. Once a certificate has been issued, any refund is less a $15 admin fee for the resources and support required for the issuance process. As the cost you had paid for the certificate was less than this fee, we are unable to process a refund for that purchase.
