Upon review of your account, I see that you originally purchase a 1 year web hosting plan and after it was accidentally canceled, you had purchased a 1 month plan to get hosting services back up. Given the situation, I am requesting that another 3 months be credited to your account, giving you the full year you originally purchased plus the one month of the new plan. I cannot guarantee this will be approved as it will be reviewed by a supervisor. You will receive an email once my request has been processed.


这一段我大概用谷哥看了一下，他们到底是不是说：要等三个月以后才把我的主机使用时间全部补给我呀。

情况是这样，我删了之前购买的主机和域名（在2012.4.12买的），但是我没有要求退款，只是跟他们说，是我不小言兑操作失误所至，让他们帮我恢复一下。他们回信说，域名帮我恢复好了，但是主机是无法恢复的，建议重新买一个新主机，一个月的就可以了，这样他们就会把我的时间转到新主机上，一共13个月的使用时间（我又在2012.4.15号买了一个月的主机）。可是这帮老外，我买好新主机之后，发现才给了我9个月，我写信跟他们说，又给我加了一个月，现在是搞出来我的主机期限是在2012.4.15到期，这不是还少了三个月吗？
