godaddy域名注册 和支付宝的问题 麻烦翻译一下

Thank you for contacting Online Support.

I understand you are trying to buy a domain name.

When you place an order with us using Alipay, they can take up to 30 days to provide payment confirmation (though it's typically less than 24 hours). While we wait for Alipay's payment confirmation, we track it as a Pending Order. This means products you order through us using Alipay are not immediately available. However, when we receive payment confirmation, we attempt to fulfill the products and services in your Pending Order.


Domain names and other services are not registered or fulfilled until we receive payment confirmation. In the interim, someone else can register domain names in your Pending Order, causing your registration to fail and that portion of your order to be canceled. However, we will fulfill and charge you for any other services from your Pending Order.


To View Your Pending Orders



Log in to your Account Manager.

Go to the Payments tab.

Click Pending Orders.

Thank you for contacting Online Support. Products purchased with Alipay may not be available for up to 24 hours while Alipay confirms that the funds have been received. A receipt does not display until the products are available in the account. If this time frame has passed since your initial purchase, please let us know so we may troubleshoot further.

You can view, print, and search your previous orders.

支付宝付款可能有所延迟的,你等待一天时间看看,如果还是没有收到产品,可以申请退款,会退款给你的,然后重新购买产品

    支付宝延迟了  还有其它什么支付方式吗?  我有建设银行的网上银行  和交通的信用卡 但没有开网上银行
退款需要提供什么资料呢

Thank you for taking the time to reply. The response we received from Alipay is that they declined the order due to an unknown error and to retry. If money was removed from your account, please contact Alipay for details regarding a refund, as well as information about why the order was rejected. Let us know if we can assist you in any other way.

还可以使用信用卡和Paypal吧,关于退款你可以联系一下支付宝方面

那怎么和支付宝说呢   刚刚和支付宝联系了下 他说 我的钱已经到对方的账号了

现在遇到过问题   
支付宝说 钱已经到对方账号了
