Thank you for contacting Online Support.
If you do not want to keep the item(s) in question from your order, we will be happy to offer you an In-Store Credit for your account. An In-Store Credit is an account credit that can be used for any future orders by selecting In-Store Credit in the shopping cart. However, we will need you to first cancel the item(s) in question within 5days of the purchase date. Once canceled, please reply to this email and we will submit your credit request.
Note: Canceling certain services will also cancel any free services associated with them.
To cancel any item in your account, please use the following instructions:
First, log into your account:
- Go to the Go Daddy Account Login Page.
- Log in using your account username (which may be the same as your customer number) and password.

Once logged in, follow these steps:
- Click the $ Payments tab under your name.
- Click the Product Billing link on the left hand side of the page.
- Check the box next to the item(s) you would like to cancel and click on the Cancel Item button.
- Select Cancel Now in the menu that appears to the right.
- Click on Save Changes.
