Support Staff Response
Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for contacting Online Support. It appears you are having issues with the site speed of taoke21.com. Currently I see the site as coming up with a Forbidden error and the site loads quickly. The error means you will need to change permissions on your plan. To modify permissions using the File Manager:
1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. In the My Products section, select Hosting.
3. Next to the hosting account you want to modify, click Launch.
4. In the Content section, click FTP File Manager.
5. Select the directory or directories for which you'd like to set permissions.
6. Click the Permissions icon.
7. Select the permissions for the selected files.
Web Visible:
Allows the files to be seen from the web.
Executable:
Files are allowed to be executed and viewed by the public.
For additional permissions options, click Advanced.
You may specify both the Web user permissions and Owner permissions for the selected files.
Read:
Allows anonymous users to view the contents of the selected directory.
Write:
Allows users to write to the selected directory.
Execute (Directory):
Allows users to execute scripts out of the selected directory.
8. Click OK.
If you still wish to cancel the plan and get a refund please use the steps below then contact us back to request a refund on any applicable months left on the account.
Canceling your hosting account removes your website's files from our servers. Be sure that you have copies of any files you want to keep before you cancel your account.
To Cancel Your Hosting Account:
Log in to your Account Manager.
Click Web Hosting.
Click Options next to the account you want to cancel.
Click Cancel this account.
Click Cancel Account.
NOTE: It can take up to 24 hours for the domain name to be available for use again after you cancel your hosting account.
Please let us know if we can assist you in any way.
Regards,
Kimberly P.
