购买域名的时候使用支付宝付款了2次如何退款?

我发信加截图1个多星期没回复,再发过去询问,得到下面回复,如何解决?退款真是麻烦

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for contacting Online Support. In order to properly support this issue we will need to reveal account specific information. Before we can give out any information on the account, we will need you to verify the 4 digit Support PIN on the account. The PIN can be found in your Account Security Settings. If there is a PayPal account associated with your account, we can use the 4 digit PayPal Billing Agreement/Account Number to validate the account, instead. This PayPal information can be found within the 'My Payment Information' section of the ‘My Account’ menu. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

跟我遭遇一样不过幸好我是卖的INFO的域名只多付了7块钱！给客服联系退款，他们不承认多收我钱了，因为钱不多，干脆懒的在要了！
