Hello:
       I have received the email from you,but I have no way to provide the information you need according to your require.First of all,I am a individuals register,so I have not business license and Sales Tax certificate.Second,for SSL certificates,and I don't know how to send the letter to you by fax in China.Besides,and my certificate is Chinese,and I don't know what use you need these certificate on earth,because I know there is no similar such a request of my around friends who are using your product.
       I only want to register a domain name which was bound to a SSL certificate and open a host space,and then build my own website.My friends are not required to fax their information for opening host space and binding a SSL certificate.
       If you insist that I need to provide identity personal information,but I don't know whether you know the meaning of Chinese citizenship papers or not,and I also don't want to divulge my privacy,So the only thing I can do is to apply for a refund,but I do not want such a thing happen,So let us Ignore the certificate information and focus on opening host space and binding SSL.
       I hope you can understand it for the difference of culture and information,Please inform me If there are any problems or any questions,thanks a lot!

意思是不能只看我的电子邮件，得需要提供一个正式的函件，因为之前都跟他们说过是中国的证件了，所以我打算再写点东西，然后把户口本（身份证丢了）扫描，并注释一下，然后签个字给他们发过去。。。。。。估计能成，是不是全坛子里就我一个人干这事
