申请SSL一般都不需要的，不过你的请求被他们过滤系统检测出来需要额外的审查，所以你需要提供验证信息。
你可以写个文档，然后将它扫描或者拍张照片并在邮件中以附件的形式发送给他们，文档内容包括：
签名，日期，联系方式的详细信息，安装SSL的网站名称（也就是域名）以及安装SSL的目的，以及身份证明（身份证明上的名字和上面联系信息的名字需要是一样的）。
