回信了，内容如下：

Thank you for contacting Online Support and supplying the PIN in addition to formally canceling the product(s) from the customer account.

I have requested that a refund be applied to your account as per your request. As some of our services are non-refundable, the request must be reviewed and approved by our billing department. Please allow 48 hours for my request to be processed and for the credit to appear in the order history of your account, if approved. Once approved, it will be reflected within the customer account's order history.

Once the credit appears in your account, please allow 5-7 business days to see the funds applied to the associated payment method. Refunds to AliPay may take longer to process and may not be reflected in the customer account until finalization. If we are not able to process a refund for this service you will be contacted. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

You may view all of these details and all of the purchase and refund history from within the customer account's order history using the steps below.

To View the Order History for Past Purchases and Refunds



   1. Log in to your Account Manager. Once logged into the customer account, a navigational menu appears on the left-hand side.

   2. In the My Account section, click Order History.

   3. Browse through by Receipt #, domain name, product type.


On the Order History page, you can do the following:

* To view a receipt, click the receipt number.

* To print a receipt, click Printable Version at the top of the receipt.

* To search your receipts by product, select the product from the By Product Type list and click Go.

* To search your receipts by domain name, enter the domain in the By Domain Name field and then click Go.
