Thank you for contacting Online Support. In order to successfully restore your hosting account we will need the following information. Note: We can only restore hosting accounts within 30 days of cancellation.
It is very important that you purchase and set up a new service, so that your content has somewhere to be restored to.
1. We need to know the date / time we should restore the information from.
2. What to restore: The entire site, a specific directory, a database, a file, etc.
3. Where to restore the information to.
4. Please clearly state that you accept the Restore fee of $150.00 and provide us with the last 4 digits of the payment method on file that you wish for us to use for this charge.
5. Tell us if we have permission to OVERWRITE any existing data with recovered data? (If not, please tell us where to restore the information to.)
6. If you are going to need a database restored please specify the name of the previous database and the name of the new database where we will restore content to. Please provide permission to overwrite the content of that database.
7. Please clarify whether you would like the website statistics for your account restored.
8. Provide the domain name that is associated with the hosting account.
Please allow 7-10 business days to complete the restore.

To set up your hosting account, follow these directions.
First, log into your customer account:

Once logged in follow these steps:
• Select 'Hosting' under the 'My Products' section.
• Next to the hosting account you want to modify, click 'Setup Account'.
The Hosting Manager screen will display.
1. The End User License Agreement displays. Read the agreement, select the checkbox acknowledging that you have read and agree to it, and click 'Next'.
2. Enter a new user name and password for your hosting account, and confirm your password.
NOTE. This is the User ID and password that you use to connect to your hosting account with an FTP client. This is also the data you need to access your free Web Statistics.
3. Click 'Next'.
4. If the domain name is in your account, click 'Select a domain from this account' and select it from the drop-down list. If the domain name is in another account or registered elsewhere, click 'Enter a domain not registered in this account'. In the 'Tell us about your domain' section, select the option that best describes your domain status.
5. Update the default account options if necessary, and then click 'Next'.
6. If you have an available Standard Single Domain SSL certificate you would like to apply to this account, select the certificate, read and agree to the Subscriber Agreement, and click 'Next'.
7. Ensure all settings are correct. If you need to update any information, use the Previous button, and then return to this screen.
8. Click 'Submit'.
A Congratulations message displays letting you know that your hosting account should be ready to use shortly. While this process generally completes within 30 minutes, it can take up to 24 hours. Once your hosting account is ready to use, we send you an email message containing all of your basic account-management information. At this time, you can upload files to your Web site.
