【求助】GD用支付宝不能退款？？

域名是yahoo买的，空间是GD的，但是好像申请退款的时候不能退了啊。
取消账号是很早就取消了，只是发退款申请信比较晚，可能距离购买有一两个星期了。

刚收到的信：

是不是不能退款的意思啊，那现在该怎么办呢？
