帮忙看看godaddy的退款邮件

我申请一个空间的退款，怎么看都不能很好理解。大致知道godaddy把杂费放到购物车，但是下一步不知道怎么办？大伙帮帮忙谢谢。

让你登陆帐户支付购物车里的一个3.99美元的订单才可以处理的退款

支付宝付款的不支持部分退款, 可能你买了什么东西现在不能退款或者你没有申请退款
这样就要支付那部分钱,然后退款你开始的订单

我那个空间是2个月的，3.99元一个月，2个月总价7.98元。
我用了一个月，godaddy说只能退一个月的钱，
真的要付款给他吗？
