You may add new CNAMEs for your domain name within your account in the Total DNS control panel.

To add a CNAME for your Domain Name:

First, you will need to login to your account.

• Click here
to get to our homepage and enter your customer number or user name and
your password. Click on "Secure Login" to be taken into the account.

If
you have trouble logging in, our Account Retrieval System may help you.
You can use this to retrieve your customer number and/or reset your
customer account password. You can find this system by selecting 'Click
Here' next to 'Forgot Your Password?' on the 'My Account' login page.

• Select "My Domains" from the green "Domains" drop down menu on the upper left hand side of the page.
• From the domain name list click the blue link that is the domain name in question.
• Near the center of the screen click the blue link that says "Total DNS Control and MX Records".
• Under the CNAMES (Aliases) section click on the Add New CNAME Record.
• Enter the Alias Name and Points to Host Name as instructed on screen.
• Click the Orange "OK" link to save the changes.

Please allow 1-24 hours for the changes made to take effect.
