对于173.201.13X段的网站出问题的事件，狗爹发mail说赔偿？

标红的地方，这个3个月的免费服务指的是俺的空间可以免费多用3个月吗？不明白这个Free service的意思哎，要是指的是客服服务，本来就是免费的呀，哪位大大给俺说明说明？
