空间转移，SSL申请和独立ip设定问题

请大家帮忙，我描述一下我的问题

1. 我的域名是www.scooterpartsmania.com， 本来放在Inmotionhosting空间上，因为种种原因我现在要转移到GODADDY空间。

2. 我申请了一个unlimited的方案，不过我马上发现我的IP：72.167.232.156 ，无法FTP，也无法ping.

3. 我查了一些资料，说用申请SSL，送一个独立IP的方式，会得到一个独立IP来实现，我就申请了一个SSL 2年的方案，也按照网上的流程，开通的SSL的REQUEST.

4.问题现在是，他写了EMAIL，给我，我不明白我应该怎么继续下去，请大家给我点建议。

5. 本来 我也可以直接申请一个独立IP，但是我想他可以送一个给我，我就没去这样做，但是现在卡在这里，申请独立IP的位置也消失了。请大家给些建议，我该怎么做。
