If you have recently purchased a hosting plan for us to move the unused credits of your original hosting purchase to, you will need to allow more time for the purchase of the hosting account to be fully processed as there is no active hosting account setup in your customer account at this time.

Please note when using Alipay it can take up to 13 hours for the funds to be verified. During this time frame the item(s) will remain in your shopping cart, do not modify your shopping cart during this time frame as this may result in the order being rejected.
