压缩么? 如果是Linux的用ssh吧, Windows的没好的方法, 直接FTP下载

我用的windows 主机我上传的压缩包是zip的，大小只有16M 上传到10%左右的时候就不走了。昨天试了试不行！今天还不行。用上传工具上传的时候上传一部分就上传失败了。我用的FileZilla上传工具。这个问题从前天一直持续到今天我该怎么办啊！

我的怎么提示文件是空的呀。
