购买SSL认证后绑定不上，帮帮忙啊

2月份购买了SSL认证，3月25日发的绑定申请，可是一直提示处于PANDING状态，无法使用。由于英语不通，回的邮件不知怎么处理，请各位大侠帮帮忙啊。
