我购买了SSL但是用户面板里面一直没显示

我下午买的12.99的那个SSL 支付宝已付款
已经几个小时了
登陆帐号后一直没显示出来也没收到GODADDY的邮件
请问应该怎么处理？

为什么通过支付宝付款成功而godaddy会不成功呢？
有什么解决办法吗
另外请问这个退款周期要多久？

因为新开通的空间IP无法访问估计是运气衰直接分配到一个被和谐的IP
所以我急用这个SSL
现在我重新购买一次的话不影响这个退款吧
