Upon review of your Order History, I see that your Hosting package was canceled within a timely fashion. I have requested that a refund be applied to your account as per your request. As some of our services are non-refundable, the request must be reviewed and approved by our billing department. Please allow 48 hours for my request to be processed and for the credit to appear in the order history of your account, if approved.

Once the credit appears in your account, please allow 5-7 business days to see the funds applied to the associated payment method. If we are not able to process a refund for this service you will be contacted. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

Unfortunately, I am unable to issue a refund for the SSL Certificate. Since the Certificate was issued, the refund would require an administrative fee which is greater than the price that you paid for the credit. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. You may contact our Billing Department for any other questions regarding this request. Please call them at 480-505-8855. Our billing representatives are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

ssl官方说一经安装不能退款，实际上很多人可以退款

万一不退我留着那个有SSL什么用？可以用在免费的网站上面吗？那样免费的也有独立IP了？是吧
