Support Staff Response
Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for contacting Hosting Support.
We would be happy to remove the files in question on your behalf. However in order to do this we must first validate your customer account. Please respond to this message with your consent to delete the files in question as we as your 4 digit call in pin. Once we have this information we will be able to continue with the removal of the files.

Any more than this can cause file system latency and slowness when accessing FTP and hosting from the Web.Please call us at 480-505-8871, or reply to this email and acknowledge that you will remove the content. Once acknowledged we will re-enable access to the files and/or directories in question for your immediate removal.We respectfully request that by 3/31/2010 1PM (GMT-7) you reduce your directories to have no more than 1024 files and folders combined.If you would like for us to archive the content for you to download then remove the content in violation from the server please reply to this email requesting we archive the content in violation, if you wish for us to only archive and remove certain folders please provided the specific paths.If this is not completed by then, we will have to bring the directories into compliance on your behalf. Additionally, we ask that any scripts that automatically create these files be optimized to not create more than this amount.
