我用的是150G lux 虚拟主机  
请问如何恢复被删前的所有网站文件


我给他们发了邮件：I can not find my hosting files from "file manager" , please check it .

他们回复的内容是：

Please check your directory permissions to ensure that they are properly configured. Simple directory permission settings can deny administrative access and control over files within your account. For your convenience, I have included instructions for setting your directory permissions below.

To Set Directory Permissions on Your Linux Hosting Account:
   1. Log in to your Account Manager.
   2. In the My Products section, select Hosting Account List.
   3. Next to the hosting account you want to modify, click Manage Account.
   4. In the Content section, click File Manager.
   5. Select the directory or directories for which you'd like to set permissions.
   6. Click the Permissions icon.
   7. Click Advanced.
   8. Select both the Web user permissions and the Owner permissions for the selected files.

      Read: Allows anonymous users to view the contents of the selected directory.
      Write: Allows users to write to the selected directory.
      Execute (Directory): Allows users to execute scripts out of the selected directory.

   9. Click OK.


Hosting History is a feature in Linux shared hosting that allows you to restore files or directories to their previous state from up to 30 days ago using the File Manager.



Restore a File or Directory




Log in to your Account Manager.

In the My Products section, select Hosting.

Next to the hosting account you want to manage, click Manage Account.

In the Content section of the Hosting Control Center, click the File Manager icon. Then click the History button.

Use the directory tree to navigate to where the file or folder resides that you want to restore.

Below the toolbar, click the calendar icon to open the Quick Pick Calendar and select the date where you would like the file or folder restored. The directory list will refresh and display the version of your hosting account from the date selected.

Click the check box next to the file or folder you want to restore and click Restore in the tool bar.

In the Restore Files or Directories pop-in, select if you want the files to be copied to a new directory, or if you want to rename the files. When you're finished, click OK. Your files will be restored with the attributes you selected.

可怜啊。难道网站的内容还要经常备份？

备份是必须的

add.c

通过ftp连上看看是否可以找到文件
另外确定不是自己密码泄露被嘿客删掉了?  或者再换服务器?
