急急急,不小心把Dulex Plan主机给Cancel了,请问怎么请求退款

如题,我不小心给Cancel了。。。悲剧,我还以为跟免费空间一样可以重新安装呢。。。才用了一个多月,请问怎么请求退款啊,我是先Cancel的,所以在my renewals& upgrdes下的payments & renewing items没有找到我的主机,请问怎么退啊,给客服写信?邮箱多少啊? |

昨天根据论坛得资料发邮件请求退款了,今天收到三封邮件,如下:

意思好像是,不能全额给你退款,因为你的域名享受了优惠,要把域名的优惠按原价扣除后的部分给你退款吧
