The server encountered an internal error 是怎么回事？

我的wap手机网站http://wap.slsos.com 上传了图片，用手机下载不得，后来查了资料说是要设置MIME类型 。我在.htaccess 文件里添加如下代码：

然后把.htaccess 放到跟目录，也就是http://wap.slsos.com/.htaccess

后来好像提示404错误，然后我现在把.htaccess 删除掉了 就出现以下错误
