关于用支付宝购买godaddy主机的一些问题，以及后续的退款等问题

这几天蛮着跟godaddy的客户通信，就是由于不小心买godaddy主机和域名www.chinacityguide.org的时候
没有看清楚hosting是linux而不是windows

因为linux系统不支持access数据库，而且字母还区分大小写，这对于我们的网站来说，是个超级无敌大的麻烦

用了几天之后，我感觉在网站管理和运行上非常麻烦，所以就想转换系统，但客户说我买的那款economy linux系统不允许系统的更换
除非先cancel linux hosting,然后再重新购买windos hosting.
但是我又是第一次购买godaddy的主机，所以怕麻烦。但后面真的忍受不了linux系统带来的麻烦，然后就取消了
取消以后我就给godday发了封邮件，说我已经取消我的linux hosting, CUSTOMER NUMBER:xxx 告诉他

后面回信竟然说：
Dear Sir or Madam,

Thank you for contacting Online Support. Unfortunately we are not able to offer a refund in this situation. The domain you purchased was discounted to $1.99. Since you are not keeping the hosting, the normal price of $14.99 would apply. You paid $11.97 for the hosting account. Unfortunately this does not leave any amount that is refundable.

Please let us know if we can be of further assistance in this matter.

说我的这款主机条件不提供退款，
然后我就跟他理论，我说我才买了几天，你就告诉我不能退款了？godday不是承诺3个月之内无条件退款吗？

后面我直接发信到billing,继续理论，周转下来不则10封信吧

最后才答应说，可以把原先账号上的时间转移过新的hosting 上，把把延长了2个月的使用时间，所以我们应该要保护我们的利益
不要怕麻烦跟他说。

Once a credit move has been successfully processed, your hosting account should reflect the new expiration date within your Hosting Manager List. Currently, our records confirm that this has been processed as your chinacityguide.org hosting account shows active till 9/8/2010.

根据别人的TOS 本来就是 支付宝付款的不能单独退款某个产品的
而且既然你想退款 为什么不把域名一起删掉?
他们是受不了你的邮件 浪费人工费 干脆息事宁人了
