收到GD说数据库占用资料太大邮件，数据库不能链接怎么办?

我的网站是网店，装的是SHOPEX4.72，过完年，后台打不开了，出现ERROR 201不能链接到数据库错误，我发邮件问客户给我回复说数据库超载，原文如下，

It has come to our attention that your 12306.com hosting account, specifically the 'yousql' database is causing the shared resources to be over-utilized due to a query that examines 497267 rows. This, in turn, affects the usage by other customers.

We have disabled your database to return the server to normal usage. To re-enable your database, you will need to correct the following query:

-select count(id) as ct from SHOP_stream where source='HOME'

不用回复，回复也没用，去他爹爹是不可能帮你清理数据库的，或者你自己清理，或者再买一个。
