1. Update your anti-virus software and scan your computer for viruses. If you do not have an ant-virus application, you can download one for free. Simply perform a search with your favorite search engine for a free anti-virus application.

2. Download, install and run an anti-spyware program such as Spybot Search & Destroy or Ad-aware (for Windows). You can find these through a search for these products. They are free at least to try.

3. Restore your web browser privacy and security settings to their defaults. Again this is going to be unique to the web browser and operating system you are using. You will need to look to the help documentation for your web browser for assistance with this process.

4. Make sure you are using the most recent version of your web browser, and that your operating system has been updated to the fullest extent as well.

5. Disable any security applications that you may have running.

I tried again and it doesn't work.
And I tried several systems and browers on sevearl computers as follows:

And I deleted cookies and histories as you requested. Nothing works.

Please tell me other solutions. If all doesn't work, could you set up  the account for me?

已经过了好几天了。我有三个域名，曾成功创建过一个。为了尝试，我把那个以前的也全删除了，现在是一个也建不起来了
而且firefox，chromium都试过
