如何要求GoDaddy的未成功订单的退款？

问题是这样的，我第一次使用支付宝支付了域名转移的费用7.17美元，但是我支付宝已经付款成功，但是没有正确的跳转到GoDaady的网页，订单没有生成，但是支付宝的费用已经打到了GoDaady的账户

GoDaady也给我发送了回信

Funding received was either more or less than expected. This could be due to a domain name no longer being available when funds were received.

后来我在GoDaady删除了购物车的订单，重新生成了订单，并付款成功了，支付宝的付款信息：

之前发邮件到GoDaddy后，回复我说订单正常，晕倒

因为两次订单号一样，请问我如何才能收到之前错误的订单Trade number: 2010022754645734的退款，谢谢。
