新买的云主机，今天打不开站了，帮我看看什么挂了？

我是独立IP，两个域名现在都无法打开，提示的是如上信息。

东北铁通线路，唉。

域名肯定是没挂，写了几个数字的HTML文件FTP上去之后是可以打开的。

我这是啥玩应挂了？IIS？Apache？　　怎么办？

PING我域名速度是250多，没有断包。

采集特慢啊........
