独立IP添加后已是setup状态，是不是就可以ping通?

前面我问过了，两版主都回答说添加的独立IP ping不通应该是被屏蔽了
但我添加独立IP后，状态变为setup ，也发邮件给我说IP已经更改了，但是我ping不通，我反复的remove add
分别分配给我的IP有
173.201.165.5
173.201.165.8
173.201.165.9
173.201.165.12
这些IP均无法ping通

同时我手动Ping这个段
173.201.165.1-127

都无法ping通

不至于我运气这么霉吧，所以我就怀疑是不是添加独立IP后要过十几个小时才能ping通，刚添加IP 是不是ping不通是正常的! 真郁闷呀，不买独立IP还可以使用，买了独立IP，直接404  IP也Ping不通!

I purchased your Dedicated Hosting IP products, but I am from China, as we here can not ping pass these IP segment 173.201.165.1 ~ 173.201.165.127, please re-assign an IP segment of IP to me, thank you, because you assigned The IP segment were shielding our country, we can not access a result! Thank you for contacting Online Support.  I have tested your site and could not locate any issues with it being able to display.  Keep in mind that China's government and ISP's have many websites and IP addresses blocked from being viewed. It is likely that this is the reason you cannot see it from in China. This is also not something that we can fix, since it is not us that is blocking the site.

Please note: since this issue is likely related to selective blocking of IP addresses on your ISP's part, this can cause you to not see one website but still be able to see another. This is why it is an ISP issue. We cannot unblock servers on a system that we do not have the ability to make changes on (your ISP's proxy, for example).


If you have purchased a Dedicated IP for your account, please use the following information to add that IP to your hosting account:

Use This Link to access the Account Login Page
Log in using your account username (which may be the same as your customer number) and password
