我的是linux主机我的网站一天才300多IP 不会超的

也就是只有登陆帝国后台才有这个错误了?
如果可能帝国重新安装一下试试

把配置文件
.htaccess文件之类的屏蔽再试,
不行就联系官方帮你检查
