老是500的错误。html没有问题。
写邮件。
客服第一个回复。
检查。File Extension -- .php是 php5.x FastCGI 没有问题。
500依旧。
上传空白.php文件，访问空白的.php都没有响应，500依旧。
写第二个邮件。
说了一大堆。
不过我检查，好了，没问题了。。。
坚持了 12个小时，我XX
500依旧。。。。。。。

我都不知道咋写了。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

Thank you for contacting Online Support. Files within your hosting account open programs based on the file extension. For example, a file called file.php5 would open in PHP5 and a file called file.rb
would open in Ruby.

Using the File Extension Manager in the Hosting Control Center you can change these defaults, or add custom file extensions.


To resolve the issue you are experiencing we recommend changing your PHP file extension settings so that they do not run with FastCGI. If you have any scripts that require FastCGI you will need to determine which scripts are causing the issues and correct them.



WARNING: Changing the default behavior of file extensions in your hosting account can have unexpected results, possibly disabling installed software on your hosting account. This is an advanced feature and should be used by experienced users only.

Modify File Extension Behavior Using the File Extension Manager

• Log in to your Account Manager.

• In the My Products section, select Hosting.

• Next to the hosting account you want to modify, click Manage Account.

• In the Settings section of the Hosting Control Center, click the File Extension icon.

• Select the extension you want to modify and click the Edit (Pencil) icon.

• Choose what application you want this extension to run under. When you're finished, click OK.

Calls to that extension will now be rendered in the application you selected.

It appears that PHP is functioning properly as we were able to pull up other PHP file successfully.  The type of error you are experiencing is most likely caused by coding or scripting. Unfortunately, because we do not provide coding support, we are unable to determine what specifically in your code may be causing the error.

You may wish to review your code to determine if there are any issues, because it appears that is the most likely cause of the error. You may also wish to enable detailed error messages as a temporary diagnostic measure. The procedure for this will vary, depending on the scripting language being used. We also recommend consulting both the vendor's online documentation, as well as the large number of online forums dedicated to coding and scripting.

If you determine there is no issue with the code itself and believe the issue is server related, please reply with specific evidence of this and we will investigate the matter further.
