关于云主机切换系统，如何切换，

由于云主机是3个月付款一次，所以点 Upgrade/Downgrade Hosting Account
没有选择linux选项，我发邮件给客服了，客服是这样 回复我的。


To Cancel Your Hosting Account:

Log in to your Account Manager.

In the My Products section, select Hosting.

Select the hosting account you want to cancel.

Click Cancel Account above your account list.

In the Cancel Hosting Account section on the right, click Save Changes.

我按照他说的 点了Cancel Account 以后，云主机被我删了 然后我就不知道做什么了？

重新申请啊 ，Google一下应该有很多教程。

钱不是被扣了撒，空间也删了，重新申请会麻烦的。他再把我新空间删了还完了。

Thank you for contacting Online Support. Unfortunately it appears you are on a hosting account that does not allow you to change the operating system. You will need to cancel the hosting account and re-purchase.


Canceling your hosting account will delete all of your Web site files that you have stored on our servers. Be sure that you have copies of any files you want to keep before you cancel your account.
To Cancel Your Hosting Account:

   1. Log in to your Account Manager.
   2. In the My Products section, select Hosting.
   3. Click the checkbox next to the hosting account you want to cancel.
   4. Click the Cancel Account button above your account list.
   5. In the Cancel Hosting Account section on the right, click Save Changes.

Once canceled, please reply to this email and we will submit your refund request.

After this is completed please use the link below to purchase the correct hosting account.

让我把所有文件都备份然后删除，他们这款主机只能退款不能更换系统。
删除完后他们会把钱退回到我的账户。
