买主机送的SSL证书出问题了

在安装的时候安装失败，收到了这样的邮件：

Dear Secure Certificate Customer,

We understand that you are not requesting a business verified certificate, however the domain name on the request uses financial related terms that we audit for further verification. At this time we need you to draft a letter of intended use for the request and include any business documentation you may have.

We require the letter of intent be a formal letter detailing the intended use of the site, the exact common name of the certificate [ xxx.com ], and be physically signed and dated.

Let us know if we can be of further service.


什么原因啊？求大神怎么解决？
