不需要开通的，这个应该是你写的路径有问题

访问地址http://pageadmin.xinlidianzi.com/index.aspx

建立了一个子目录叫pageadmin，并且把域名pageadmin.xinlidainzi.com绑定到了这个目录，设置了读写权限。
访问就提示：

百度了下都是老控制面板，新控制面板里也找不到建立access数据库的地方，怎么办？
