Possible reasons for this action are listed below:

•    Incomplete, invalid or false billing/registrant information was provided by purchaser.
•    Transaction origin differs from the listed account locale.
•    Efforts to verify account with account holder have been unsuccessful.
•    Purchasing patterns are suspicious and/or in violation of Go Daddy’s Terms of Service

As a result of our review, your Go Daddy customer account has been locked. This was done as a precautionary measure in an effort to prevent additional violations.  

Our goal is to reasonably ensure that the account information you have provided is accurate. If you would like the account to be reinstated, please reply to this message with the following:

•    An explanation for the discrepancies on the account.
•    A detailed description of your business plan and/or general intentions you have for the items you have purchased.

In addition please provide any other relevant information that you feel supports your request for reinstatement.  

Once we receive your reply, we will gladly re-evaluate your account and consider reinstatement.

购买者提供了错误或不完整的账单/注册人信息；
交易来自于不同的地区；
验证账户所有者信息失败；
可疑的购买方式。

你用的支付宝，那么最有可能的原因是，whois信息、帐户信息虚假，比如你使用中国IP登录，但国籍填写的是别的国家，被认为有欺诈嫌疑。

GoDaddy让你解释账户信息存在差异的原因，及使用该帐户的目的。修改为正确的国籍就应该没什么问题了。
