[提问] 退款时收到的邮件

昨天晚上申请域名转入到gd,支付成功,由于某些原因无法正常转移,已经给客服发了申请退款的邮件,得到的答复是下面内容,麻烦帮翻译下,谢谢。

Please allow 48 hours for my request to be processed and for the credit to appear in the order history of your account, once approved. After the credit appears in your account, please allow some additional time to see the funds applied to your payment method.
