刚买了两年的Starter Hosting Plan，不知道如何继续

成功用Paypal支付，收到“[Lunardesk] Welcome to Your Account”的邮件：

但用这个用户和密码无法登录首页，只能登录support，在support里有这样一封信：

So we can give you a call for account activation and personal welcome to Lunarpages, please provide the best time frame(s) for us to call you (with the time zone) during the office hours listed at the bottom of this reply along with the best telephone number to use to contact you during the times you provide.

Alternatively, if you are not able to be called or make outgoing calls, please fax the photo ID of the person's name on the account into our offices. This can include a government issued photo ID/driver's license, passport, etc.

我在GoDaddy.com上买的域名，我修改了NS为ns1.lunarservers.com和ns2.lunarservers.com，仍不见生效。

上面那个账户是support系统的登录账户，不是你的主机账户
你需要按照第二封信里说的提交身份证明过去，才能开通主机得到主机账户

我在ticket里留了我的电话号码和可以接听的时间范围，得到下面的回复：

Before we can approve your new hosting account, please fax the following into our offices:

1.) Photo ID of the person's name on the Lunarpages account.

Please fax this to:
ATTN:  New Accounts
Fax#:  714-521-8195

Once we receive this information we will immediately process this order.

If you do not have access to a fax machine, you can also scan this information and attach it to this email.

在仔细看了这个论坛里关于LP的讨论后，我决定还是在我的订购生效之前取消这个订购并要回我的钱，我可不愿意把我的身份证扫描件给他们，谁知道他们会拿去干啥坏事不。已经留了ticket说要取消订购并退钱，希望能全额退钱，毕竟我还没用过，况且还有30天可以退款的条款呢。

人家是大公司，这个担心是多余的
国外很多都需要提交身份验证，HM、BH、FD都是
现在可以退款
