郁闷了GODADDY的DELUXE PLAN 不支持JSP问题

网上查了好多，本站上也看了很多贴子，可我的情况就是不一样

现在买DELUXE PLAN 不用选勾java,它本来就勾上了，不能改，可购买后add on language里还是没有java功能，只有php,这怎么回事啊？郁闷死了

Thank you for contacting online support. Your current hosting plan will not support Java. The following information can be used to cancel the current plan and a new Deluxe or Unlimited Linux plan that supports Java can be purchased by visiting the following web page.

Canceling your hosting account will delete all of your website files that you have stored on our servers. Be sure that you have copies of any files you want to keep before you cancel your account.


To Cancel Your Hosting Account:




Log in to your Account Manager.


In the My Products section, select Hosting.


Click the checkbox next to the hosting account you want to cancel.


Click the Cancel Account button above your account list.


In the Cancel Hosting Account section on the right, click Save Changes.

看来还是要重新购买，可我还是不知道为什么没有java，重新购买再没有怎么办？而且对他们的退款也不放心，我是支付宝付款的，不知道退款能不能成功
