昨天在godaddy买的unlimited虚拟Linux 主机提示403

刚买回来就是这样的能ftp,打开网页就提示

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

已经确认不是由于没有索引文件index.html的原因

还有在论坛上搜索了有同样问题的会员都没有得到问题的解答,请碰到此等问题解决了的会员回答

写信给客服十二个小时内帮解决了，为了以后碰到类似的人得到方便我把我写信的内容贴出来

When I've uploaded any file in FTP, it said that "403 Forbidden". For example

my web hosting type is UNLIMITED+ PLAN

I registered it yesterday,but can't use it

Please help me to solve
