Upon reviewing your account, it appears that you have setup your hosting plan for 009m.com and then updated the domain name to 008m.com. After the hosting plan was setup, it appears that the Dedicated Hosting IP was setup for 009m.com. The domain name on the Dedicated Hosting IP would not change. Thus, you would need to cancel the Dedicated Hosting IP, purchase and setup another Dedicated Hosting IP for the actual domain name.

We would be happy to request a refund for your order. However, we will need you to first cancel the service in question within 5 days of the billing date. Once the service has been canceled, please reply and we will submit your refund request.

Note: Cancellation and refund of certain services will also cancel any free services associated with it.

To cancel, follow the directions below:

• Log in to your Account Manager.
— If you need the login information for your account, please use the Account Retrieval System.
• Click the Payments & Renewing Items link from the My Renewals & Upgrades menu.
• Check the box next to the item(s) you would like to cancel and click on the Cancel Item button.
• Select Cancel Now in the menu that appears to the right.
• Click on Save Changes.

Please use the following to setup a Dedicated IP address on your hosting plan.
To add a Dedicated IP to your hosting account:

Purchase a Dedicated IP credit by visiting: Dedicated Hosting IP.

From the My Products menu, select Hosting.

Click the applicable hosting account.

In the Account Details section on the right, click Apply Dedicated IP Address.

我的域名是009m.com 但是我无意间改了一下域名改成了008m.com

那我该怎么样取消的实际域名的专用主机的IP呢

我的独立IP买来后就一直不显示一点ADD增加就跑到购买页我已经跟客服发过信了好像是说让我取消掉独立IP然后在增加怎么操作啊

上面说购买5天内可以退款

你参考查看godaddy主机详细信息(查看IP,FTP) 看看是否有独立ip

根据以往的经验, 独立ip remove后还是可以再次add上的

ps,你的是独立ip还是ssl? 因为独立ip加到哪个域名上其独立ip都是可以用在所有的域名上的

这个就是独立ip
ssl带的购买记录里显示ssl, 而且钱也不一样
