hostease空间，cPanel打不开，FTP也登不了，什么情况？

我的账号可以打开，cpanel也可以登陆，你的账号密码有没有输入正确，或者从manage.hostease.com登陆试试

现在可以登录，就是网站打开错误依旧，zencart的网站

hostease空间，cPanel打不开，FTP也登不了，什么情况？

好不容易能打开cPanel，登录又出现下面的提示。
A network error occurred while sending your login request. Please try again. If this condition persists, contact your network service provider.
发生网络错误，同时发送您的登录请求。请再试一次。如果这种情况持续存在，请联系您的网络服务提供商。

FTP登录又提示：530 Login authentication failed

网页打开显示：
0 DB_ERROR_NOT_CONNECTED
in:
[db_cache table]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

什么情况，hostease的服务器都挂光了吗？
