We would be happy to request a refund for your order. However, we will need you to first correct the information on your customer account. The address fields including state/territory are missing and will need to be corrected before a refund can be approved for your cancelled order.
To Update Your Account Information
Log in to your Account Manager.
From the My Account menu, click Account Settings.
Click the hyperlink for the account information you want to change. For example, click Account Security Information to update email or login information.
NOTE: You must complete required fields, indicated by a red asterisk.
When you are finished updating your information, click Save Changes.
Please reply when this has been updated and we will continue the request. Unfortunately at this time we cannot move the credit to another product.
