- Thank you for contacting Online Support. Please note that we do not support the changing of IP addresses "upon request". As you already have an SSL certificate, you will have to cancel and revoke the certificate, wait for your hosting plan to be migrated to an insecure server, purchase a new certificate, and then set it up. Please do the following:
- You can cancel products that you no longer want to use.
- When you cancel a product, we stop the billing cycle, delete it from our servers, and it is no longer available to you. We also cancel any free products associated with it.
- To Cancel Products
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Go to the Payments tab.
- Select the products you want to cancel, and then click Cancel Item.
- On the right side of the page, in the Cancel Product section, select one of the following cancellation options:
- Don't Cancel (auto renew) — The product remains active and on its expiration date, our billing system automatically renews the product on an existing payment method you select for a pre-set length of time.
- Cancel at Expiration Date — You can continually use the product, but on its expiration date our billing system will cancel and remove the product from your account.
- Cancel Now — The product is canceled and removed from your account immediately.
- NOTE: Canceling a product does not entitle you to a full or partial refund.
- Click Save Changes.
- For more information on how to revoke your SSL certificate, please do the following:
- Revoking your SSL certificate cancels it, and immediately removes HTTPS from the website. Depending on your Web host, your website might display errors or become temporarily inaccessible. The process cannot be reversed.
- Revoking is not necessary if your website moved servers or you lost your private key. In most situations, you can easily re-key your SSL certificate. For more information, see Re-keying an SSL Certificate.
- To Revoke an SSL Certificate
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Click SSL Certificates.
- Click Launch for the certificate you want to revoke.
- From the Filters list, click Certificates.
- Click the common name of the certificate you want to revoke.
- Click Revoke.
- Select a reason from the Revocation Reason menu.
- Click Revoke to revoke your certificate.
- If you revoke your certificate within the first 30 days, please contact Customer Service. You might be eligible for a refund.
- Please let us know if we can help you in any other way.
- Sincerely,
- Peter S.
