从结果看问题出在美国的一段路由。联系godaddy,他们的回答是从我提供的数据看，问题出在他们的网络之前，这需要我和我的Internet接入商联系，也就是中国电信了。

3、联系中国电信10000，回答，打开别的网站好的，网络没问题。

求助：对于这样的情况到底去找谁呢？即使现在从godaddy换到别的主机，也有可能出现这样的问题的；难道要不停的换主机吗？
我个人认为，这个应该找电信处理，如果有一段路由不好，他可以联系到故障的一方去处理，也可以把故障的路由堵掉，换别的路由出去的。
但是这个问题10000是不会处理，怎么办啊？
