Thank you for your response. I understand you are concerned about the website giving a 500 Internal Server Error. The screen shot is displaying a general error. You will need to review the script within the web.config file and verify it is set properly. If set properly it will display a detailed error message instead of the 500 error. Currently you have the web.config file incorrectly named. You have it named as web.config.txt which will not load. You will need to rename this file and upload it properly to the hosting account. godaddy客服说我没有把web.config文件放对,到底怎样放?放到哪里? 我在ROOT里建了一个新文件夹,命名为web.config,然后把文本格式的web.config上传里面,结果是我的网站打不开了,提示500 server error, 删掉之后网站正常. 我要解决的是后台上传产品图片时出现的500 server error. 到底是该放到哪里呢? 麻烦高手指点

你的网站是放在根目录还是哪个文件夹里的？跟你网站文件放在同一级试试
