要疯了，空间URL rewrite问题求翻译.

事情是这样的：我的windows空间无法使用web.config进行URL Rewrite，发ticket后，客服竟然将我的web.config删除，然后告诉我：你看，我删除你的错误的web.config后就可以访问到index.asp了，无语啊


因为我的半桶水英文怕解释不清晰，特请大大翻译一下 ：


客服好，

我需要的是通过web.config实现网站的伪静态功能，例如将index.asp伪静态成index.html、将news.asp?keyno=100伪静态成news-100.html。
而我在购入测试空间时，通过live chat咨询客服得到的信息是空间是支持伪静态的，而我在3月份购入一个月空间用于测试的，也能成功通过web.config使用伪静态。

但是我在新购入的空间上再次使用相同的web.config却发现伪静态无法运行，请帮忙处理好，或提供一份web.config伪静态样本——只要通过index.html能访问到index.asp即可。

Dear Sir,

I'm writing to let you know that I need to achieve the rewrite function by web.config. For example, the 'index.asp' will replace with 'index.html', 'news.asp?keyno=100' will replace with 'news-100.html'.
I was aware that your hosting supports rewrite function told by your live chat. However, there's something wrong with this function of my new hosting, the web.config file is the same one that I used before.
Could you please help me to solve this issue, or provide me with a web.config sample? Thank you.
