给客服发ticket ，回复"After reviewing the notes in your account I fount that there seems to have been a problem authorizing your credit.
Please verify your payment information or us an alternate form of payment."是什么意思啊，求教大大指教，急！！！

继续和客服联系，客服说"Upon reviewing your account I have found that your financial institution was not accepting the refund. You will need to contact them for further information on why they are not able to accept the refund back to your original payment method. Please respond back if you have any further questions regarding this matter. "
说支付宝无法接受退款，之前退款的时候都是可以的...
